Shipping, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery and are subject to the following conditions:

Eligible Refund Scenarios:

  • Missing items that were charged on the final receipt.
  • Products that are damaged, defective, spoiled, or otherwise unusable.

Refunds are processed immediately, but it may take up to 14 business days for funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of products sold on Vliso.ai and health safety concerns, returns are not accepted except under the following conditions:

  • Products must be sealed and unused to qualify for a return.
  • Customers requesting a refund must ship back the products at their own expense.

Processing Time: Refunds for returned products take an average of 4 weeks after receipt and inspection of the returned items.

Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellations:

  • Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placing the order for a full refund.
  • After the 1-hour window, orders cannot be canceled without incurring fees due to fast shipping times.

Post-Shipment Cancellations:

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. Customers may request a refund by returning the sealed and unused product as described in the Return Policy.

Age-Verification and Refunds

For age-restricted products:

  • Customers must complete age verification to finalize the purchase.
  • Orders cannot be canceled or refunded if age verification is refused or unsuccessful.

Underage use of age-restricted products is strictly prohibited. Do not purchase these products if you are unwilling or unable to verify your age.

Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). High order volumes may cause delays. Customers will be notified via email of any significant shipping delays.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking numbers become active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Vliso.ai is not responsible for customs, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees incurred during or after shipping (e.g., tariffs, taxes) are the customer’s responsibility.

Damages

Vliso.ai is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Retain all packaging materials and damaged goods for claim verification.

International Shipping

Vliso.ai currently ships only within the United States.
